2020 Pinot Blanc

This wine is perfect for warmer weather, and the refreshing zing of acidity pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, a strawberry and feta cheese salad, or a simple chicken fettuccine pasta.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

A jeweled ruby red when swirled, our Cabernet Sauvignon is a California classic with deep berry and cedar shavings on the nose. The palate shows off with notes of ripe black currants, ripe red plums, and a lingering finish sprinkled with baking spices. This wine is food friendly, pairing with most dishes including roasted pork chops and mashed potatoes, stuffed portobello mushrooms, and braised beef short ribs.
